These Premium Terms outline the terms of use for our subscription plans—Starter, Developer, and Unlimited—providing various access levels to our scripts, plugins, and resources. By subscribing to any of these plans, you agree to the following terms.
1. Access and Use
- Starter Plan: Grants access to a limited selection of scripts and beginner resources. This plan is intended for personal or small-scale projects.
- Developer Plan: Provides broader access to our library, priority support, and exclusive developer tools designed for professionals.
- Unlimited Plan: Offers complete access to all scripts, plugins, team collaboration features, and premium support. This plan is suitable for agencies and large projects.
2. Licensing and Usage Rights
- Each plan includes a license allowing the use of purchased scripts as per the License Terms.
- Unlimited Plan users receive extended licenses for multi-project and commercial use. Redistribution or resale of any item is strictly prohibited for all plans.
3. Payments and Renewals
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the selected billing cycle (weekly or monthly).
- Automatic renewal applies unless the subscription is canceled before the next billing date. Renewal fees will be charged to the payment method on file.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Subscriptions may be canceled anytime through your account. Access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are available within the first 7 days of the initial purchase for Developer and Unlimited Plans. Refunds are not available for the Starter Plan or for subscription renewals.
5. Upgrades and Downgrades
- Users may upgrade to a higher plan at any time, with immediate access to the additional features and a prorated charge applied.
- Downgrades will take effect at the end of the current billing period, with the features of the lower plan activated thereafter.
6. Fair Usage Policy
- Subscribers agree to fair usage of resources, including download limits and support requests. Accounts displaying excessive activity or misuse may be subject to suspension.
7. Account Responsibility
- Subscribers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account information. Unauthorized sharing of account credentials may result in account suspension.
8. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Premium Terms from time to time. Subscribers will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the subscription following updates constitutes acceptance.
